Register – Exhibitor
Our Registration Fee Includes:
- An 8 by 6′ booth, up to 2 tables, 2 chairs and table covering.(for amount of booths needed, please indicate below)
- Meal ticket for 1 person includes 3 meals and refreshments (Friday Supper, Saturday Breakfast & Lunch).
- A double occupancy dorm room (must provide own bedding).
- Electricity provided if marked on the registration
- Complimentary ticket to the Welcome Cafe.
- Complimentary listing in Conference Program.
- Advertising banner on PRHEP website and placement on exhibitors list with link to your business. Banner will remain in place until the 2012 conference.
- NEW This year we would like to advertise any promotions that you will be offering at the conference on the website. Our goal is to increase traffic to the website with conference gifts available only to those who visit the website and any printable coupons that you would like to offer.
Other Information:
- It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to supply extension cords, surge and/or other protection for electronics, cash registers, computers, DVD players etc.
- The exhibitor hall hours are, Friday evening from 4:30-7:30pm and Saturday from 8:30am– 5pm.
- There will be several open time blocks to encourage customer interaction.
- Confirmation letters will be issued within 2 weeks upon receipt of full payment.
- PRBI has graciously not charged us for the dorm rooms and we’ve passed that savings on to you. At the next conference, in 2013, we will no longer get the dorm rooms for free and there will be a $25 fee for a dorm room.
- Cancellation requests must be received by April 20, 2012 and will be subject to a $15 administration fee. No refunds or adjustments will be accepted after this date.
