• Dorm accomodation (if needed). Dorms are double occupancy, shared bathrooms (must provide your own bedding). Reserve by April 20, 2012. There are a limited number of rooms available. To avoid disappointment reserve early because it’s first come, first served. Indicate if you have a roommate preference in the comment section.
• Meals included are dessert at the Welcome Cafe (Friday 7:00-9:00) and Saturday lunch.
• Friday supper and Saturday breakfast are optional, and tickets for both are $25.

 

Other Information:

• In order for everyone to enjoy and get the most from the conference, we are asking parents to please leave all children at home. Only nursing babies are welcome to join their parents.
• PRBI has graciously not charged us for the dorm rooms and we’ve passed that savings on to you.  At the next conference, in 2013, we will no longer get the dorm rooms for free and there will be a $25 fee for a dorm room.
